With 27 years in manufacturing, Lance brings a wealth of knowledge and skill to his role. His personal drive for excellence and strong work ethic not only fuel his success but also set an example for those around him.

“I am self-motivated to excel and hope to pass my work ethic on to my children. Success is not the key to happiness – happiness is the key to success.”

Finding Fulfillment in Variety

For Lance, no two days at Apollo Bath are the same. He enjoys the variety of tasks required each day, which keeps his work engaging and rewarding. His favorite days? When someone brings snacks or donuts!

A Passion for the Outdoors

Outside of work, Lance loves fishing above all else, but he enjoys any and all outdoor activities whenever he gets the chance.

Growth, Teamwork, and Future Aspirations

Lance values the opportunities he’s had to learn various parts of the manufacturing process, as well as the encouragement he’s received to take on new challenges. He describes the Apollo Bath team as highly supportive, working together through constant communication to ensure success.

Looking ahead, Lance hopes to become the go-to contact for information and building processes, further solidifying his expertise and leadership within the company.
