Employee Spotlight: Meet Scott Blaisdell, Technical Services Featured Image

At Apollo Bath, we take pride in recognizing the dedicated team members who are the backbone of our success. This month, we’re thrilled to highlight Scott Blaisdell, our Technical Services specialist, who also handles on-site service and repair. Since joining us on October 8th, Scott has brought a wealth of experience and a passion for learning, problem-solving, and helping others, which is already making an impact.

With over 15 years of operational and technical experience, Scott’s career spans roles such as Operations Manager at Cross Country Freight Solutions and Valley Cartage, where he oversaw teams, developed systems to improve operational efficiency, and ensured seamless supply chain operations. His background also includes a tenure as a Correctional Sergeant, where he honed his leadership, training, and problem-resolution skills.

Scott is no stranger to working in high-pressure environments. As a U.S. Navy veteran, he developed meticulous attention to detail and discipline, which he now channels into providing top-notch technical support at Apollo Bath. His strong foundation in operations and technical acumen is a tremendous asset as we continue to expand and innovate in the senior care space.

When it comes to inspiration, Scott’s family is his biggest motivator. Helping people and the satisfaction of solving problems are equally important to him. His favorite quote, “A problem is only a situation that needs a solution,” reflects his proactive mindset and dedication to excellence.

Outside of work, Scott enjoys heading up north to Silent Waters in Holcombe, Wisconsin, where he and his family camp. Fishing is a favorite pastime, and in a surprising twist, winter is Scott’s favorite time of year—he loves the colder months and all the activities that come with them.

One of Scott’s most memorable moments with Apollo Bath so far was during the interview process. He recalls feeling an overwhelming sense of hospitality and being welcomed into the Apollo family, something he had never experienced at any other company. That family atmosphere is something Scott values and appreciates, and it’s a rarity he’s proud to be part of.

Scott is also pursuing a Business Management degree and is set to graduate next summer. His ambition is to help grow and develop Apollo Bath’s service department, expanding it to multiple regions and solidifying Apollo Bath’s reputation for quality and reliability. His experience and drive align perfectly with our mission to deliver exceptional service to our customers.

When asked about the culture at Apollo Bath, Scott describes it as friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and approachable. Everyone supports each other through clear communication and a strong team atmosphere.

Scott’s advice for new hires? “Ask questions, be assertive, and be proactive. No one will create your success for you, so go after it.”

We’re proud to have Scott on board and look forward to seeing his continued contributions to Apollo Bath’s growth and success!
