Employee Spotlight: Meet Our Regional Account Manager, Julie Tindal

At Apollo Bath, we are proud to highlight the incredible individuals who make up our team. This month, we shine the spotlight on Julie Tindal, our dedicated Regional Account Manager. Get to know Julie and learn more about her inspiring journey and contributions to Apollo Bath.
Julie Tindal has been an integral part of Apollo Bath for an impressive 16 years, serving as our Regional Account Manager. Her journey in the industry began in 1991 when she started selling capital equipment to senior living communities. Julie’s dedication and passion for her work are evident, as she has spent decades improving the lives of those in need.
Julie draws her inspiration from a deeply personal place. Her grandmother, who had a stroke and moved in with Julie’s family during her high school years, profoundly influenced her career path. The experience of taking her grandmother to an adult daycare center for baths, and seeing how much it meant to her, fueled Julie’s commitment to providing safe and comfortable bathing solutions for others. This personal connection to her work keeps her motivated every day.
One of Julie’s favorite quotes, “Life is a song, sing it. Life is a struggle, accept it,” by Mother Teresa, encapsulates her approach to both life and work. Outside of Apollo Bath, Julie enjoys golf and hiking. Although her volleyball days are behind her, she stays active and spends quality time with her three children, two of whom are in the Air Force. Recently, Julie and her family celebrated the arrival of their seventh grandchild.
Julie’s career began with selling infant security to hospitals and wanderer security to senior living facilities, pioneering ID technology in the market. The excitement of introducing new products that significantly improve the quality of life for customers has always driven her. She finds immense fulfillment in representing products that make a positive impact on end users.
Among her many memorable moments at Apollo Bath, Julie cherishes the times she has conducted follow-up training and heard firsthand how their products have transformed lives. Stories like that of a resident who, after fleeing Germany and fearing showers, discovered a love for baths, highlight the profound difference their products make. Hearing care staff become emotional over the increased mobility that whirlpool jets provide to residents’ muscles reinforces the importance of their work.
Julie looks forward to training new account care staff and discussing the health benefits of Apollo Bath tubs. Seeing the understanding and excitement in the eyes of CNAs as they think about the specific residents who will benefit is a rewarding experience. Overcoming challenges, such as helping an account realize that a tub can also serve as a shower stall, showcases her problem-solving skills and dedication to meeting clients’ needs.
One of the most fulfilling aspects of Julie’s job is when a new account says YES to Apollo Bath. This sense of accomplishment drives her to continue her excellent work. Apollo Bath has supported Julie’s growth by allowing her to work directly with care staff, exhibit at conferences, and present to builders, keeping her aware of the multiple layers of their market.
Julie offers valuable advice to new team members: “Be very considerate and aware of the decision makers’ day-to-day activities. Between staff, families visiting, and the health and life of their residents – it’s a lot.”
We are thrilled to have Julie Tindal as part of our Apollo Bath family and are excited to share her journey with our community. Thank you, Julie, for your dedication and for all you do to make Apollo Bath a leader in the industry!
